The platform
Griin Market connects customers with independent businesses and service providers. Providers are not employees of Griin Market.
Bookings
A booking is an agreement between customer and provider. Customers confirm completion; disputes are reviewed by our team.
Payments
Online payments are processed by licensed payment partners once enabled. Griin Market does not custody customer funds outside those arrangements.
Conduct
Fraud, fake reviews, harassment and illegal services are prohibited and may lead to suspension.
