Authorized Griin Market administrators can review booking chats and account activity for safety, support and dispute handling. Admin chat access and verification decisions are recorded. Identity verification references are private and are not published with your badge.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), location you choose to share, bookings and reviews.

How we use it

To run bookings, show relevant providers, keep the platform safe and send notifications you've opted into.

What we never do

• Show a provider's private residential address publicly.
• Share a customer's precise address before a booking is accepted.
• Publish identity documents.
• Sell your personal data.
