How it works

For customers

• Search by service, business name or category, and set your state and city.
• Compare prices, ratings, Trust Scores and verification status.
• Request a booking with your preferred date, area and job details. You aren't charged when you request.
• Confirm completion only when you're satisfied, or report a problem.
• Leave a review. Only customers with completed bookings can review.

For providers

• Create a free business profile with one account, the same one you use to book.
• Add services with fixed, hourly, per item, per kilometre or quote based pricing.
• Accept or decline requests, start jobs and submit completed work for confirmation.
• Build your reputation through verified reviews and your Trust Score.

Payments

Protected online payments (Paystack or Flutterwave) are being set up. Until then, Griin Market does not hold any money, agree payment directly with your provider.
