How do I book a provider?

Open a business profile, choose a service and tap Book now. You'll need to be signed in.

What does “Identity verified” mean?

Our team has confirmed the provider's identity. Uploading a document alone never earns this badge. Professional licences are shown separately.

What is a Trust Score?

A 0 to 100 score reflecting reliability on the platform: completed bookings, verified ratings and confirmed outcomes. New users start at a neutral 50. It is not a credit score.

What are sample listings?

Listings marked Sample listing are demonstration businesses, not real providers.

Something went wrong with a booking

From the booking page, choose Report a problem. A real person reviews evidence from both sides.
